Professional Profile #
There’s the PM who manages the project. And the PM who understands the project. I’m the second one. Thirty years inside Oracle, PL/SQL, Data Warehouse, performance tuning — for ten of them I’ve also been doing Project Management.
What I recognize right away on a project: when a requirement is not implementable as written. When an estimate is optimistic out of pressure, not data. When the real risk is not the deadline, it’s the architecture.
10+ projects delivered between 2013 and 2020, teams of 3-7 people, budgets €100K-€500K, multi-country and full-remote. Sectors: Banking, Telco, Insurance, Public Administration. Clients: Atradius, Generali, TIM/Huawei, Telepass, Banca d’Italia, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. Scrum and Agile, certified training. What I bring: technical translation of requirements, early discovery of risks, one common language for both the team and the stakeholders.
